Yesterday I had a Bondurant course at PKRA in the boiling heat: 43 degrees Celsius (110 Fahrenheit) wearing full gear and black asphalt radiating the heat up to a uncomfortable level through the shoe-soles… Anyhow, I had a good time getting to know the track for this first time and the instructions by AJ Whisler were very helpful. On the way back I stopped by Buddy Rice to check on the progress of my kart (see photos). I fitted the kart and I have sufficient leg space without an extended porch which is great. I cannot wait until I can run it for the first time.
