First race at PKRA

Sunday October 25 I had my first kart race ever. It was more difficult than i expected as first adrenalin and later tiredness made my driving a bit more sloppy than usual. Nevertheless I ended first in my class (shifter-heavy) in the heat and main race, although that sounds better than it was since there were only two competitors in my class. I was not quick enough (yet) to keep up with the shifter-light racers, who weigh 35 lbs less than my class. Nevertheless it was a great first experience and I will enter my next race ob November 8.
